Forgive me I realize that this is a short email. But as I am preparing for the mayhem, I figured that any news is better than no news. Actually, things are going very well for me right now. I have more time since the quarter ended and I am almost ready for my upcoming global expedition. This year really is going ridiculously fast. What to report? My birthday was on Wednesday and I had a very nice time. Other than that, I just finished helping out with a gorilla dissection and have moved on to dissecting a lemur this week. This is an interesting new learning experience for me and I think I rather enjoy it. Summer has reached us in Santa Cruz and the days are sunny and hot. It is also the best time of year to visit our local boardwalk amusement park. This year is the boardwalk’s 100th anniversary so there are some extra special events happening including the visiting Moscow Circus. Well, the next time you hear from me, I will have been to Africa, Madagascar and Thailand and I will have helped celebrate 2 or 3 weddings. Let the games begin!
